All products listed at MODELSEEKER will have a coloured band indicating the postage category they fall into.
All models will be dispatched within 48hrs of purchase except where a clearance time is required, i.e. Cheque / Postal Order
MODELSEEKER take great care and pride in ensuring you receive your model in its original condition. The packaging process helps to prevent the possibility of damage during transit.
All models will be sent with an outer box and where perfect fit boxes are unavailable, sufficient inner packaging such as bubble wrap and foam chippings will assist in the safe delivery of your purchase.
MODELSEEKER uses reputable postal companies to ensure efficiency. MODELSEEKER may not be held responsible for delays incurred once the models have left their premises.
Where multiple purchases are made discount on postage will be made. This will be decided at MODELSEEKER discretion. If you require a multiple purchase postage price please Contact Us prior to making your order.
If the item purchased is defective and is covered under a manufacturer's warranty or damage has been caused during transit, please return the item to us detailing the fault, making sure the item is well packaged and in its original box. Return of faulty items is your responsibility. If this parcel is lost or stolen, MODELSEEKER will not be held responsible. Please keep any proof of posting until the issue is resolved. If the item is proved to be defective, then the return postage will be refunded and a replacement sent to you. If this is not available, full credit will be given. MODELSEEKER allows the cancellation of the contract subject to the following,
Action to be taken within seven working days of delivery on all products. To cancel this contract, please return the goods to us unopened and in perfect condition. If they are not in a resalable condition when received, we can't complete the return policy and no refund or exchange will be given.
